I wish that I could write that since I’ve been focused on charity, my business profits have increased 3000%. Then everyone would be running out to do random acts of kindness.

This hasn’t been the case, July has been one of my slowest months at work, mostly because it’s summer. However, I have noticed that I don’t care. I’m not discouraged that I’m not making tons of money. I have a peace in my life that everything is going to be OK, that wasn’t there before. I have something to focus on besides work. Random Acts of Bling has had over 130 entries since this week’s contest opened on Monday, which has just astounded me. I’ve gotten some really cool stories from it.

I’ve always wanted to make a difference. This was one of my big reasons for thinking that I need what in the financial world is called “a big pile of money”. Although, I’m not able to do this Random Acts of Bling project on the scale I would like to, it’s still making a difference. Although, I’ll still take that big pile of money.
