The Sugarless Experiment

Here is a collection of all my posts about the sugarless experiment. I tried to go 30 days without eating refined sugar, & it was a colossal failure. I was hoping this would give me more energy & a clearer mind to run my business with. Well maybe it wasn’t a failure, my expectations were just too high.  I wanted to lose tons of weight & just have my whole life turn around.  I was also curious to see if not eating sugar would effect mood.  It seems that eating chocolate has a negative effect on my anxiety, but I don’t think sugar does, it just helps me make it through the day. However I learned a lot about myself, & about trying to diet with fibromyalgia.

  2. I am also way impressed. I did it for a week (also no wheat, etc) but it was seriously difficult.

  3. I have to say the same as the last two comment did, I’m impressed that you attempted 30 days. Just remember, nothing ventured, nothing gained. You learned something from it and that is important.
