Day 28 of Sugarless
It’s nearing the end of my experiment of seeing if I can go a whole month without eating refined sugar. I obviously can’t. I was hoping that my skin would clear up & I’d have a healthy radiant glow, but I think that was just expecting too much. It’s not my fault that sugar tastes good! I have noticed that the longer I go, the less that I crave it. However, if I fall off the wagon just once, then I want to eat sugar the next day. I’m not sure if I will gain back the weight I’ve lost once I start to eat sugar again.
