Day 3 of Sugarless

I’m cranky today.  I have long maintained that sugar was good for me & had many healing properties.  Or as my mother says, I’m a sugar addict.  Whatever works.  I’m wondering if I should also cut out Graham Crackers & Yogurt because they have a lot of sugar in them.  I’m even capitalizing Yogurt, I miss it so much. It’s not my fault they taste so good.  I’m not getting my daily dose of red dye #40 & it’s making me irritable.
