If I could have followed the yellow brick road to ask the blogging Wizard one question it would have been “How do you get people to your site?”  Here are some ways I am increasing my traffic:

1. Technorati

2. Be consistent. Post a lot. It may be weeks, months or years before you consistently get people to your site. However, the more pages you have, the more the search engines will like you. It takes time, that’s why you need a topic that you love, so you can keep writing even when you don’t know if anyone is reading it.

3. Blog Carnivals. Sounds like fun doesn’t it? A blog carnival is when you write about a certain topic and then submit it to the site that is hosting a carnival. The site posts a link to your post, and then everyone goes around the carnival and visits all the sites and leaves comments. How do you get traffic to your site? Leave a comment and let me know.
